Located in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains @ Heartwood Retreat Center.

Retreat experience will include meals & lodging.

Meditation, Yoga, Sound bath, fermentation education and rest.

Meals include Friday Dinner

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Sunday: Breakfast, Brunch

Soul Speak begins on Friday.  Early checkin on Friday is available, upon request.  We will be prepared to welcome you, throughout the day.  Nourishing snacks will be available until dinner on Friday.

Welcome reception & orientation will begin at 5pm, dinner @ 6pm

Soul speak restorative and sound healing begins at 7:30-9.

Saturday morning begins with 9am morning meditation and stretch & soul yoga flow.

Lunch will be followed by our Fermentation 101 session.  Experience fermented foods through the senses: sight, taste, touch and smell.

Dinner 6pm

Soul speak restorative & sound healing 7:30-9:30pm.

Sunday: am meditation, soothing soul yin flow.

Heartwood extends themselves above and beyond to ensure your retreat experience is optimal.  Massage and other optional spa services will be available, by appointment.

Early check in on Friday and late check out on Sunday are available, upon request.

There will be time and space throughout the weekend to enjoy hiking, take naps, sit in the whirlpool, journal and just be. 

This weekend will be an opportunity to practice deep self care and detach from the day to day rigors of life, work and technology. Detach, destress, recharge and refill your soul tank.

Join us for this unique weekend of soul awakening and self love.

Retreat packages range from $500 (Double ) - $700 (single).

Payments may be made in full or 3 partial payments.

Fall Equinox Soul Flow with Mama Emma & her Didgeridoo

A special 75 minute soul flow, honoring the fall equinox. featuring musical  guest, Didg Mama Emma. Emma Salahuddin has worked as a public school teacher in grades K through 8, as an Offset Lithographer in Graphic Technology and a Manipulative Skills/Art instructor in the Rancho Santiago Community College District, while living in Southern California.
Retirement brought about a new chapter in Emma’s life. As a full time caretaker for her
ailing mother, she became more involved with the spiritual and healing effects of the
arts. In addition to her visual artistry, singer and dancer background, she began playing
the didgeridoo, an ancient wind instrument from the Indigenous Aboriginal culture of
Australia. She is a member of a diverse women’s West African Drum and Percussion Ensemble known as ConunDrums. 

This is a special offering with no additional fee.  Class price is the same. Drop in $12.
